Glitter Cereal DREAM
I know I had a bunch of muddled dreams last night, but can only remember one: I was eating some breakfast cereal that advertised on the package something like "Now with glitter sprinkles" or something to that effect. Sure enough, there was actual star-shaped prismatic glitter* on the cereal (O-shaped cereal, I think). I wondered if this would be bad to swallow, as I think it's made of polyester if I'm not mistaken...it's certainly not sugar and starch. I figured that the glitter was small enough, and if eaten with the cereal, the cereal would sort of wrap around it and pad the sharp edges of the non-digestible glitter. *Prismatic glitter is something I use in my paintings to create large, flowing pools of iridesence. It is not colored and does not reflect light like typical colored metallic glitter, however it refracts light and the light changes, working in a similar fashion to nacre on a shell, or an irridescent butterfly wing, only much more intense. In a vial it looks sort of white/clear, but you can see the irridescent quality. Used the way I use it in conjunction with acrylic paint, the intensity really comes out.

Someday soon they will have bakery items with a glitter finish.
