Since I probably won't be around for a while for the next few weeks, here is a gallery of images I shot today of the
Coleuses from 2006 that'll keep you amused, or bored, for the time I am gone. Some of the lighting isn't that great because they were shot inside. Still, it gives a good idea of the varieties of styles we grew this year.

Having all of these coleus plants is like a childhood dream comming true.
This year they all have high qualith soil and were fertilized (over fertilized) in their spring growth cycle. If we can keep enough light and water for them this winter - hopefully they will be able to grow again next summer.
We'll have to be careful with the month of May - it can't be trusted and has ruined more than its share of plants. The weather seems nice and the sunlight is abundant, but it can turn cold too quickly. Never thought I would say anything bad about the month of May, but it is a bad one.
Why will you not be around?
..and I haven't seen these plants anywhere for years. My grandma used to have them, must be at least 20 years ago.. getting nostalgic..
I am leaving tomorrow and will only have very spotty internet access.
well have fun whereever you go and whatever you do! those are pretty and different
